Editorial policy: sources, accuracy and corrections

A clear framework for separating facts, interpretations and sponsored recommendations in casino and social-gaming content.

Editorial information reviewed 5 November 2026. No operator account support is provided.

Editorial purpose

The editorial content explains casino and social gaming concepts, compares materially different product types and helps readers identify which information must be checked with a primary source. Pages should answer real visitor questions rather than repeat keywords or reproduce an operator's promotional wording.

This policy describes the standards applied to content prepared for this website. It does not claim a named editorial team, professional certification, first-hand gambling experience or external audit that has not been verified.

Evidence hierarchy

  • Official operator terms and help pages for product mechanics, eligibility, promotions and account rules.
  • Regulator and public-authority sources for licensing or legal requirements, when those issues are addressed.
  • Independent, qualified assistance organizations for responsible-gambling and self-exclusion support.
  • Reputable independent reporting or research for context, with limitations attributed.
  • Unverified promotional claims or user anecdotes are not treated as proof of general outcomes.

Separate different claims

A factual claim says what a source currently states. An explanation interprets how different concepts relate. A recommendation, where offered, should state the selection criteria and limits. An affiliate disclosure identifies the commercial relationship. These functions must not be collapsed into one promotional statement.

For example, a platform's own claim about fast redemptions is not independent verification that every user receives funds within that time. Likewise, a UK promotion does not establish US eligibility.

Updates and changes

Evergreen topics such as basic roulette rules require less frequent checks than state restrictions, promotions or identity-verification rules. Content should be reviewed according to the speed at which the underlying facts can change. The site should not display artificial 'just updated' dates when only superficial wording has changed.

Where official sources conflict, the page should report the conflict or withhold a definitive assertion until it can be reconciled. Search-engine snippets are not treated as sufficient evidence for consequential claims.

Corrections and publisher information

When an error is identified, the affected passage should be corrected or qualified, with substantial changes recorded in the site's editorial workflow. Specific correction contact details will be added only after the publisher supplies a verified channel.

The site does not currently claim public authorship by any named person or company. Verified publisher identity and contact information remain outstanding and must be established before publication.

Sponsored content boundary

Affiliate compensation must not change the truth of factual descriptions. Commercial links are labeled, and independent sources remain direct links to their publishers. Responsible Gambling and Self Exclusion pages have no affiliate promotions.
